Nigel Farage Wearing a watch in London is risking your life

Nigel Farage, Member of Parliament of the United Kingdom: "I'll tell you something, Steve. If I saw you in London and you told me you were going down King's Road and I saw you wearing a watch, I would say: please take it off, otherwise you'll be attacked. They might even kill you, because someone will want that watch.

Women nowadays, in broad daylight, don't wear any jewelry for fear of being assaulted in the street. And, by the way, if you want to go steal from a store, it's now perfectly allowed. You can steal up to 200 pounds worth of goods from a grocery store or anywhere else, and you won’t face charges.

Why is this happening? There are several factors, but one stands out above the rest. A statistic released today indicates that, over the past seven years, 40% of sexual assaults and rapes in London have been committed by people who were not born in this country.

And to go further, an Afghan man who has moved to the UK—legally or illegally—is 22 times more likely to be convicted of rape than someone born here.

And the message isn't that all immigrants are bad, or that everyone from outside this country is terrible. The point is that when you have an immigration policy, you must choose. Yes, and I dare to use the word: you must discriminate and let in the right people.

We have boats full of people crossing the English Channel, and both Conservative and Labour governments are too cowardly to face it. And many of these people end up committing horrible crimes, which is why we’ve seen large protests outside hotels housing migrants.

The reason I call it social decay is that mothers no longer want their children to go out and play. People can't wear a watch in the street. There's a sense of fear. That is social breakdown."
