British artist recreates London's fish and chips with felt

A new art installation in London serves as a nostalgic ode to the fish and chip shops that have defined Britain’s culinary environment for decades. Conceptualised by artist Lucy Sparrow, “The Bourdon Street Chippy” is an interactive recreation of a local fish and chip shop with every food item hand-stitched in fabric.
