Restarting My 100-Day Weight Loss Challenge | From 114.7kg to 75kg – No More Excuses

On 1st July 2025, I began a bold journey: a 100-day liquid-only fast with the goal of losing 40kg. I started at 117kg — and despite early progress, I struggled to stay consistent. I broke the fast, restarted, and spiraled between fasting and feasting. My lowest weight in July was 110kg, but as of 31st July, I’m at 114.7kg.

💪 But I’m not giving up. I’m restarting the challenge from Day 1 — this time with a new strategy:
✅ Daily gym workouts
✅ Focused mindset
✅ Long-term commitment
✅ No excuses
