I just got asked this question today and it seemed like a good topic to discuss in a narrow focused way. In general people are aware that there are privacy phones, like De-Googled phones that are known to have no identity. So let's first explore if they really have no identity. Next let's explore if these particular phones can be targeted, let's say by government players because they identity the group as people with "Something to Hide".
