🔥In the heart of my criminal trial—one that stemmed from the government’s relentless January 6 prosecutions—sat Juror #0374: Jeremy Brinster. An attorney. A man who, under oath, stated he had no strong opinions about former President Donald J. Trump. But truth, as it turns out, was a stranger to that courtroom.
What I’ve uncovered since my conviction is shocking—not just for what it says about Brinster, but for what it reveals about a justice system manipulated by hidden hands. Brinster wasn’t just a random citizen pulled into jury duty. He was a central figure in the DNC during one of the most controversial and consequential political scandals of our era.
Brinster and the DNC Leaks
Evidence shows Brinster was a DNC research associate directly involved in email discussions exposed during the 2016 DNC leak. In April of that year, he openly commented in internal emails about Super PACs paying young voters to push back on Bernie Sanders supporters—a blatant admission of favoritism toward Hillary Clinton. These revelations would later surface as part of the now-infamous DNC email leaks that ignited the Russiagate scandal.
The "Too Early" Emails
In forensic reviews of DNC metadata, Brinster’s emails predated others in the batch released by WikiLeaks—emails dating back to April 19, 2016—leading investigators to speculate that he may have been one of the first points of exfiltration. His messages were cited as central to the initial DNC data breach, possibly making him a key figure in the digital trail that led to the Russian interference narrative. In short: Brinster wasn’t just connected—he was a digital node in the web of DNC vulnerability.
Communications Suggest Coordination
Other internal leaks show Brinster forwarding damning comments about the Hillary Victory Fund “bending the rules,” and attempting to help shift public messaging away from scandals like the Lewinsky affair to protect Hillary Clinton’s optics. He was clearly entrenched in strategic propaganda operations aimed at shaping public narratives and suppressing dissent—particularly from progressive factions like Sanders supporters.
Involvement Highlighted by Guccifer 2.0 and WikiLeaks
Brinster’s name appears again in documents analyzed by hackers and whistleblowers, including Guccifer 2.0 and WikiLeaks, where internal DNC discussions flagged him (and Eryn Sepp) as staffers whose emails could be “the most revealing.” His insider role—connected exclusively to the Clinton campaign—made him a high-value target in revealing how deeply the DNC skewed the primary process.
The Real Injustice
And yet, in 2024, Jeremy Brinster was allowed to serve as foreperson of a jury deciding my fate—despite the fact that the case involved the most polarizing political figure in modern American history: Donald Trump. Despite Brinster’s extensive political past, clear ideological bias, and active participation in anti-Trump, pro-Clinton operations, no one in the courtroom challenged his neutrality.
Not the court. Not the prosecution. Not even the vetting system.
This isn’t just an ethical breach—it is a structural collapse of fairness. Brinster had a duty to disclose his history. His silence was deceit. And his presence on that jury was a constitutional violation of my right to an impartial trial.
Conclusion
The time has come to reexamine not just the verdicts, but the verdict-makers. Jeremy Brinster’s presence on my jury was not a coincidence—it was a contamination of justice. I intend to take this evidence where it belongs: before the court, the bar, and the public. Because when justice is weaponized, we are all at risk.
