Ingredients:

• 1–3 avocado seeds
• Water
• Lemon or sweetener (optional)

Instructions:

1. Boil the seeds for 5 minutes.
2. Peel, cut into quarters, and boil again for 5 minutes.
3. Let it cool and enjoy!
