Delicious Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies Recipe

So easy to make delicious Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies filled & topped with Hershey's Chocolates.

Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies (22-24)
Ingredients:
1 cup Hershey's Chocolate Chunks
1/2 cup Butter, soft
2 Eggs, roomtemp
1 tsp Vanilla
15.25 oz Chocolate Cake or Devils Food Cake Mix
1/2 tsp Baking Powder

Glaze:
1 cup Powdered Sugar, sifted
1 tbsp Milk
1 tbsp Butter,
melted
1 tsp Vanilla

Topping:
6 Hershey's Snack Size Bars, broken up

Cream Butter, add one Egg at a time & Vanilla.
Incorporate Cake Mix and Baking Powder.
Fold in Chocolate Chunks.
Cover with Plastic Wrap and refrigerate 60-90 Minutes.
Line Cookie Sheet with Parchment Paper.
Preheat Oven 350°F
Drop spoonful of Dough equally (2") apart on Cookie Sheet.
Bake 10-12 Minutes, until set.
Rest 2 Minutes on Cookie Sheet.
Cool completely on Wire Rack.
Combine Powdered Sugar, Vanilla, Butter & Milk, whisk well until smooth & somewhat thick.
Spoon Glaze in the middle of each Cookie.
Top each Cookie immediately with a Hershey's Piece, let Glaze set.
