Here is some wonderful info about a psychoactive cactus that grow in South America. It contains the beautiful conscious expanding mescaline, which can be easily extracted from the plant. It has been being used and cultivated for thousands of years and can be seen in prehistoric Mayan and communities of South America. These plants are so easy to grow they can survive cold New York winters as long as it's grow indoors even with no heat in the house.
San Pedro should NEVER be bought from a commercial vendor unless you want duds that are not psychoactive. You must get the real San Pedro and here is how.
San Pedro is usually looked at the weakest hitting cactus out of it's counterparts which include Peyote which is obviously hands down the strongest but takes the longest to grow. But the other trichocereus sacred cactus include Peruvian Torch (which should also be bought from either a notable vender or from Europe), and as well as the Bolivian Torch. With the Bolivian Torch which is the strongest hitting cactus which is more of a heavy body high, compared to the Peruvian Torch which is wildly visual.
If you look for Peyote being sold you must look under the name Lophophora Williamsii, which is a endangered species of cactus indigenous to the America's. The plant can be easily grow but you must follow strict guidelines to the watering schedule of the sacred Peyote.
