Most everyone is familiar with the 1933 book burnings in Berlin, where the German Student Union ransacked Magnus Hirschfeld's Institute of Sex Research and burned his collection of books on transgenderism, homosexuality, and gender reassignment research, along with books on communism, marxism, pornography and other degenerate jewish literature. However, this was just the tip of the historical iceberg in terms of jewish texts being sent to the flames. In the year 50, a Roman soldier seized a Torah scroll and, with abusive and mocking language, burned it in public. In 168 BC the Seleucid monarch Antiochus IV ordered Jewish 'Books of the Law' found in Jerusalem to be 'rent in pieces' and burned part of the series of persecutions which precipitated the revolt of the Maccabees. About 600 BC, Jeremiah of Anathoth wrote that the King of Babylon would destroy the land of Judah. Jeremiah's scroll was read before Jehoiakim, King of Judah, in the presence of important officials; King Jehoiakim destroyed the scroll in a fire and then sought to have Jeremiah arrested. In 1490, a number of Hebrew Bibles and a number of other Jewish books were burned at the behest of the Spanish Inquisition. But probably the most notable and historically significant book burning took place in 1240AD, at the court of King Louis IX of France. The Disputation of Paris, also known as the "Trial of the Talmud," exposed the jewish text filled with blasphemous references about Jesus, Mary, and Christianity to the French court, following its translation by Nicholas Donin, a member of the Franciscan Order. The Catholic Church had shown little interest in the Talmud until Donin presented his translation to Pope Gregory IX. The Pope was read a series of blasphemous passages and injunctions of Talmudic sages permitting Jews to kill non-Jews, deceive Christians, sleep with 3 year old girls, and detailed Jesus being sent to hell in a boiling pit of hot excrement and semen for all eternity. This revelation resulted in synogogues being ransacked, 10,000 hebrew manuscripts sent to the flames, and the expulsion of the jews from France. Furthermore, this was just one more documented attempt by those in the past who tried to prevent a future that we are currently experiencing in the present.

On this day, October 1, 1991, Dubrovnik and southern Croatia came under attack by the Yugoslav People’s Army (JNA), supported by naval and air forces, territorial units from Montenegro and Eastern Herzegovina, and volunteer paramilitary groups. The attacking forces numbered nearly 30,000 soldiers, backed by 100 tanks, 50 armored personnel carriers, 120 artillery pieces, about 100 aircraft, and several warships. Against them stood only around 900 Croatian soldiers and police officers, under the command of Nojko Marinovićaković, who bravely defended the city. Despite being heavily outnumbered, Croatian defenders resisted fiercely at Radovčići, Zvekovica, Brgat, Bosanka, and Strinčjera Fortress, holding some positions for over a month and a half. Dubrovnik, cut off from electricity and water, remained a symbol of Courage and resistance until the siege ended in May 1992.

Recognized as an expert witness by the courts, Gareth Jacobs has 14 years of experience as a Digital Forensic Analyst with 6 years dedicated to service within the New Zealand Police. In 2019 he performed a preliminary analysis on the Christchurch Mosque shooting video and found several discrepancies. Jacobs submitted his report to the President of the Police Association, but never heard back. The live-streamed video in question was declared an "objectionable publication" and made illegal in New Zealand on March 16th, 2019. In August of 2022, Kelvyn Alp and Hannah Spierer of Counterspin Media were charged by police with possession of the Mosque shooting video. In hopes to have this overturned, they hired Gareth Jacobs to do a full examination and provide his expert opinion in court. In order to accomplish this, they had to travel to a country where this video is not illegal. The Forensic Video Analysis Report was released on August 23rd, and shows compelling evidence that the video is not genuine. At 3m09s, when examining the face size, skin texture, lighting, edge artifacts, perspective, and color balance, the face appears to be digitally altered or inserted. At 5m00s, the driver is seen in the rear view mirror, and it’s a different person. At 6m04s, the vehicle’s registration plate, KSH90, is shown. A search of the New Zealand Land Transport database yielded the result: “Information on this vehicle is not available. Please apply in writing to the New Zealand Transport Agency.” Comparative testing consistently produced either registration information, or indicated that the plate is not found. The KSH90 query was the only exception. At 6m26s, a man on the street in front of the target makes eye contact with the alleged gunman for two seconds, deviating from typical behavior when confronted with a threat. At 6m44s, the gunman fires 9 rounds into the open doorway. The lack of recoil, and the sustained control and accuracy while shooting from the hip, suggests that the weapon is not a functional firearm, but rather an Airsoft replica. The positioning of the bodies, the absence of visible injuries, and the lack of bloodstain patterns are all inconsistent with a genuine firearm incident. At 6m48s, the gunman moves up the hall to an anomalous magazine laying on the floor, seemingly waiting for him. Between 6m48s and 7m07s, the gunman inexplicably fires 57 rounds out of a 30 round magazine. At 12m50s, the gunman fires 3 rounds through the front windshield, the glass stays in tact, but at 13m20s, he fires 1 round through the passenger window, and it shatters. Jacobs determined that this is the only actual firearm used in the video, and that it was loaded with blanks. Throughout the entire video, all faces are obscured, there is no visible trauma, and all weapon impacts at the Mosque appear to by caused by Airsoft BB rounds. People may have died somewhere that day, but not in this video, and the only reason for the government to outlaw it is because they are complicit and hiding the evidence. With no photos, video, social media, or friends, we are supposed to believe that Brenton Tarrant was a 28 year old physical trainer traveling the world. According to Russian and Syrian intelligence, Tarrant served in Southern Syria with al Qaeda and has been on a watch list since 2012 as an Israeli trained assassin, who failed his mission to assassinate President Assad. Tarrant’s Jewish family immigrated to the UK from Palestine in 1948, and he was 42 years old at the time of his trial.

For Europe though, this is a potential unravelling of the fragile peace settlement that has barely held the Balkans together since the 1990s. So this is not simply another defence sale. It is a deliberate gamble taken at the worst possible moment. Serbia has chosen to bankroll Israel’s genocide economy with the biggest arms deal in its history, and Israel has chosen to export Gaza-tested weapons into Europe’s most fragile peace domain, an arms race in the Balkans the last thing we need to see after what we bore witness to before and in doing so, both countries risk reigniting the very wars Europe thought it had put to bed. Right, so at first glance, this might appear to be a straightforward act of procurement. Small states buy arms all the time, and Israel has long sold its “battle-proven” weapons abroad, “battle-tested” usually meaning Gaza tested. Yet the scale, timing, and context of this contract transform it from an ordinary deal into something far more consequential.
