Each day you spend in fellowship with God stacks on top of the previous one, creating a compounded force that breaks you past spiritual ceilings. But miss a day, grow casual, and you risk losing that thrust.

This is not about legalism—it’s about spiritual physics. Light repels darkness, but only when it is sustained. A life of communion with God rewires your soul and disrupts demonic traffic in your atmosphere. But if you tolerate sin, distractions, or compromise, you leak power.
