Windows 7 BSOD Saga Featuring Oracle Linux...Part 1

i wanted to install Windows 10 LTSC but i found that the partition i wanted to use had a faulting Windows 7 BSOD,which had a VM running Oracle Linux,so i decided to try to trouble shoot the issue so i could show the Linux install.
