In The Beginning

In the beginning the Lord created the heavens and earth. Adam & Eve were created in the image & likeness of the Almighty. God told Adam & Eve"

15 "So the Lord God took the man [He had made] and settled him in the Garden of Eden to cultivate and keep it. 16 And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, “You may freely (unconditionally) eat [the fruit] from every tree of the garden; 17 but [only] from the tree of the knowledge (recognition) of good and evil you shall not eat, otherwise on the day that you eat from it, you shall most certainly [h]die [because of your disobedience].”
Genesis 2: 15-17

Later the serpent came to Eve and said:

3 "Now the serpent was more crafty (subtle, skilled in deceit) than any living creature of the field which the Lord God had made. And [a]the serpent (Satan) said to the woman, “Can it really be that God has said, ‘You shall not eat from [b]any tree of the garden’?” 2 And the woman said to the serpent, “We may eat fruit from the trees of the garden, 3 except the fruit from the tree which is in the middle of the garden. God said, ‘You shall not eat from it nor touch it, otherwise you will die.’” 4 But the serpent said to the woman, “You certainly will not die! 5 For God knows that on the day you eat from it your eyes will be opened [that is, you will have greater awareness], and you will be like God, knowing [the difference between] good and evil.”
Genesis 2: 3-5

Man then fell and the earth was cursed. Here is the good news, Jesus came to restore all authority back to us. Jesus defeated the enemy openly on the cross, and now we all have the gift of salvation through faith in Jesus. Through the death, burial, & resurrection of the Lord Jesus all of your sins are forgiven.

"Because if you acknowledge and confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord [recognizing His power, authority, and majesty as God], and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved."
Romans 10:9

We now have a path back to the Father through Jesus & Jesus alone!

Jesus said to him, I am the [only] Way [to God] and the [real] Truth and the [real] Life; no one comes to the Father but through Me."
John 14:6

Repent, turn from your sins, and all of your sins will be forgiven.

"So repent [change your inner self—your old way of thinking, regret past sins] and return [to God—seek His purpose for your life], so that your sins may be wiped away [blotted out, completely erased], so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord [restoring you like a cool wind on a hot day]."
Acts 3:19
