As They Continue To Use Chinese Engineers ‼️
"Pete Hegseth Sen Tom Cotton On July 18, 2025, the same day Navy whistleblower Tom Schiller Tom Schiller__
was interviewed on Loomer Unleashed to blow the Whistle on China’s breach of DOD cyber systems, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth ordered a two-week review of all Pentagon cloud contracts. Additionally, the directive banned foreign engineers from supporting U.S. military systems, declaring:

“China will no longer have any involvement whatsoever in our cloud services.”

“Foreign engineers – from any country, including of course China – should NEVER be allowed to maintain or access DoD systems.”

The revelation that China has infiltrated the entire cyber system of the US Government via Microsoft Government was fully exposed on Loomer Unleashed
.

However, after Hegseth’s memo was released, Schiller and I discussed our concerns about its implementation.

1. That the investigation might be handed over to the very individuals and entities previously implicated in obstruction and complicity of Chinese espionage.

2. That the memo might lack clear language barring individuals without security clearances—including U.S. citizens—from accessing government and DoD systems.

Last week, China launched a massive cyberattack, including a direct hit on the U.S. Nuclear Weapons Agency. The timing? Almost certainly not a coincidence, and it was directly pinned to the Digital Escort program on Microsoft Government Azure.

On July 22, the official memo signed by Pete Hegseth
dropped—and confirmed our suspicions.

The review of China’s breach was handed over to the DoD CIO’s office, with DoD CISO David McKeown given the lead.

This is outrageous on many levels, especially since David McKeown and the DOD’s CIO office is the same office and same person who was publicly implicated just days earlier on my show Loomer Unleashed for retaliating against, defaming, and dismissing Schiller’s whistleblower efforts.

I asked Schiller for his response, and he said:

“When the person who stole the cookies becomes the chief investigator of the missing cookie jar case.”

Adding further concern, the memo appears to have been influenced by McKeown himself, with the inclusion of programs McKeown has championed—most notably, the Software Fast Track Program (SWFT).

In a statement made regarding SWFT, DoD Acting-CIO Katie Arrington commented:

“AI tools on the back end will analyze the data. If everything meets the requirements for a digital ATO, we won’t have to wait on a human to review it.”

Translation: no human oversight, just algorithms running on Chinese-built AI software. 🤖

This week, a source contacted me with even more bombshell evidence:

Despite the Secretary of Defense’s directive, the controversial “Digital Escort” program is still fully operational.

Chinese engineers still have full access to U.S. defense systems despite Sec Def
ordering Chinese involvement to end. The program wasn’t shut down. It wasn’t even paused.

The source tells me they raised the issue with a senior official on the Digital Escort team—& got scoffed at:

“A Twitter comment is not official policy.”

When it was explained to the senior official that the directive was not merely a tweet but a signed, binding Department of Defense order issued by the Secretary of Defense—prompted by the revelation of an Obama-era program previously unknown within the DoD—the senior official responded:

“Yeah… no one in the DoD has heard about it, except that their signatures are on it, so…”

Perhaps the most damning statement made by the Digital Escort team senior official was:

“All of this, from both the DoD & Microsoft, is nothing more than posturing and grandstanding. It’s fine to say ‘no more foreign engineers’—but without a plan, that’s just empty words.”

Why hasn’t David McKeown, a Biden holdover, been fired for ignoring pro CCP espionage? SEC NAV"
