With Jack now dead for good (I think) you are able to leave the main house and enter the courtyard. Judging by the map layout the courtyard trailer seems be a sort of central safe room for this part of the game. Zoe calls you now directs you to "the old house" and hopes that you can deal with her mother: Marguerite.

If you played through the second Mia tape, this next area should be familiar. And if you followed my last posts on RE6, you'll know I don't like bugs. This area is filled with bugs big and small. Marguerite herself isn't too intimidating, but you need to avoid her all the same. Retracing Mia's steps form the video, you are able to pick up the ultimate bug killing weapon: A flame thrower.
