Homebrewing WiiU | a Basic Aroma Setup Guide

I recently found out that Tiramisu, an older Firmware for the WiiU's Homebrewing application, no longer gets updated. The team behind WiiU Hacks and the WiiU Homebrewing team have moved their attention over to a new successor, Aroma. While I can't comment on how different it performs, it's pretty much the definitive way to install homebrew apps on this console.
