Physician Bonuses & Incentives for Maintaining a High Patient Vaccination Percentage

Many say that physicians and pediatricians are not rewarded in any way for making sure a high percentage of their children / patients are vaccinated.

This provides some proof that some are definitely compensated by insurance companies in some way.

A 1999 study called “The Impact of Physician Bonuses, Enhanced Fees, and Feedback on Childhood Immunization Coverage Rates” showed that incentive bonuses sharply and rapidly increased immunization coverage in medical records.

When the global agenda appears to be VACCINES, one way to make sure that physicians are on board with the agenda is to REWARD them with $$$.

The 2016 Patient to Care Booklet indicates that Physicians will be rewarded $170.00 per childhood immunization if they achieve the target of vaccinating 87% patients with HMO/POS, AOS/PPO and 81% of Medicaid patients2.

Physicians will be incentivized $50 per Adolescent vaccinated member if they achieve the target of 88% of their caseload patients2.

Physicians are also rewarded for "Well-Child Visits" for up to 15 Months. If they achieve 90% of HMO/POS, ASO/PPO and 74% of Medicaid patients they will be rewarded $75 for each patient.

Well-Child Visit for 3 years to 6 years of age -- Physicians will receive $60 bonus incentive for each child if 88% of HMO/POS, ASO/PPO and 84% of Medicaid patients complete their scheduled well-visits.

What Average Number of Patients a Pediatrician has on their Caseload?

The Average Number of Patients per Pediatrician is 1,5463.

These estimates of the number of patients per pediatrician varied from a low of 885:1 to a high of 1750:1. More recent data from a group of 50 staff- and group-model HMOs arrived at a figure of 1795:1.

As you do the math, you can see the potential bonuses for vaccinating are well over $100,000 a year and in some cases over $250,000.

The real incentives were for the untested, experimental Covid mRNA Vaccines.

Dr. Mary Talley Bowden said that Blue Cross Blue Shield had an incentive program to get doctors to administer the COVID-19 vaccines and under that incentive program if she had vaccinated the 6,000 patients that she treated for Covid she would have made $1.5 Million.
