Court Dismisses Challenge to State-Sanctioned Kidnapping in WA

On July 25, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals dismissed a lawsuit challenging one of the most dangerous laws ever passed in Washington state: Senate Bill 5599.

This law allows minors to be taken into youth shelters or host homes without their parents ever being notified—simply for seeking “protected healthcare,” including so-called gender-affirming care or abortion. It effectively strips parents of their rights, their authority, and their ability to protect their own children.

As someone who personally had to rescue my daughter from a Seattle shelter just four years ago, I know how real and devastating this is. I’ve been fighting SB 5599 since the day it was introduced, and though the lawsuit was dismissed, the fight is far from over.

In this video, I break down the court’s decision, what this means for families in Washington and other leftist-controlled states, and what you can do right now to protect your children.
