Ryzen 9800X3D Build Stuck A 0% On Windows 10 Install!

This customer build was not installing Windows! The 9800X3D build was paired with an Asus X670E TUF, and it would stick on 0% or just lock up in BIOS. Their 2TB Crucial T105 would not take an install no matter the BIOS version, or PCIE settings. Tried our own 1TB T105 so the same issue. We slapped in a Samsung 4TB 9100 Pro and that did the trick!
