Vanilla Almond French Toast on the Blackstone Griddle
Craving something sweet for breakfast? Watch as Todd whips up a delicious Vanilla Almond French Toast using cinnamon croissant bread on the Blackstone griddle. Topped with pure maple syrup and fresh raspberries. This is French toast done right.

Ingredients
4 eggs
1/2 cup vanilla coffee creamer
1–2 teaspoons pure almond extract
4 thick slices of brioche or croissant bread
Ground cinnamon (optional)
Butter
Pure maple syrup
Fresh raspberries
Powdered sugar
Directions
1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle on low heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth.
3. Add the vanilla coffee creamer, almond extract, and cinnamon (if using), and whisk to combine.
4. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, coating both sides and allowing it to absorb the liquid briefly without becoming soggy.
5. Add butter to the griddle and let it melt.
6. Place the coated bread on the griddle and cook until golden brown on the bottom.
7. Flip each slice and continue cooking until the other side is golden and the egg is fully cooked.
8. Press the edges of the bread against the griddle surface as needed to ensure even cooking.
9. Remove the French toast from the griddle when done.
10. Drizzle with pure maple syrup and garnish with fresh raspberries and a dusting of powdered sugar.
11. Serve immediately and enjoy!
