Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau's dinner for two a friendly meeting or the beginning of relationship?

Katy Perry and former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau were recently spotted having dinner together at a luxury restaurant in Montreal, a sight that has garnered a lot of attention. In the photos, the 40-year-old singer is seen chatting intimately with Trudeau, 53, and it seems that there is a warm and close relationship between them.

According to an eyewitness, the two ate at the restaurant under the protection of security guards. The restaurant's chef then came to their table, and after the meal, Perry and Trudeau personally went to the kitchen to thank the staff.

The meeting took place while Katy Perry is on tour in Canada; she had a show in Ottawa last night and will be performing in Montreal tonight.

Perry and British actor Orlando Bloom announced in a joint statement earlier this month that they had split after 10 years of dating. They have a four-year-old daughter, Daisy Dow, and began dating in 2016.

Justin Trudeau, on the other hand, also divorced his wife Sophie Gregoire in 2023. They have three children: 17-year-old Roy, 16-year-old Ella-Grace, and 11-year-old Hadrian.
