I finally got a meshtastic device! My goal is to be able to communicate off-grid during SHTF with my best friend Josh, of Ham Radio Crash Course, about 30 miles away. Because most Meshtastic devices have to be assembled and flashed, and seem complicated, I got the Spec5 Trekker Bravo Meshtastic device because it comes fully assembled and ready to use right out of the box. As I learn what I can do with Meshtastic and as I learn how to use it, I will share my new Meshtastic wisdom with you in these videos.
