Wild West shows introduced millions to the romance, adventure, and historical figures of the American Frontier. For the talented men and women performers, it generated no small amount of fame for their skills in riding, roping, and shooting.

Today we examine two revolvers that were fierce competitors: in brand, in model, as collector's pieces, and by the lady trickshots they are tied to. Exhibition shooters often used smoothbore revolvers and rifles, primarily for safety reasons, and today these rare revolver variants are desirable collector's items with unique histories to these distinctly American shows.
