Born and raised in Maui, Hawaii, Mike was a multi-sport athlete before rising to fame in karate. But his legacy extends far beyond competition. He became a creative force in Hollywood—writing Enter the Ninja and shaping the martial arts film genre as an actor, director, and fight choreographer in classics like the American Ninja series.
Mike is also a published author, poet, keynote speaker, and creator of the “Living Your Dreams Now” program, a transformational journey that blends martial arts philosophy with personal mastery.
