🇧🇾 Flooding and landslide in Vitebsk: natural disaster destroys homes and road infrastructure

🌧 💧On July 26, 2025, the city of Vitebsk, Belarus, was hit by severe weather. Torrential rains caused a rapid rise in the water level of the Zapadnaya Dvina River, leading to flooding and severe erosion of the riverbank.
