Adzhiani — juicy meat in a rich tomato-garlic sauce with melted cheese!

Ingredients:
• 1 kg chicken or turkey fillet
• 2 onions
• 4–5 tomatoes
• 3 tbsp adjika
• 2–3 garlic cloves
• salt and black pepper to taste
• a bunch of cilantro
• 200–300 g mozzarella cheese
How to cook:
1. Cut and fry the meat with a little salt.
2. Add chopped onion.
3. Add adjika and grated tomatoes. Cover and simmer on low for 5 minutes.
4. Add garlic, salt, pepper, and cilantro — cover and simmer for 2 more minutes.
5. Add grated mozzarella, cover again for 2 minutes.
