Slow Cooker Barbecue Beef

Ingredients
For the barbecue beef
3-4 lbs chuck roast
18 oz bottle barbecue sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons of garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder

For the coleslaw
14 oz bag coleslaw mix
1/2 cup mayo
1/3 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar

Directions
For the barbecue beef
Combine 3/4 cup barbecue sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, and onion powder together in a bowl.
Cut beef into chunks and place into a slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour over sauce and cover. Cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 8-10, or until beef is falling apart.
When beef is through cooking transfer to a pan along with 3/4-1 cup of cooking liquid from the slow cooker. Add the rest of the bottled barbecue sauce and cook over medium heat until sauce has thickened.

For the coleslaw
Combine, mayo, sour cream or Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar and sugar.
Stir dressing into coleslaw mix and season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until serving.
