The state dining room lunch marked a strategic pivot from aid to trade, as Trump emphasized Africa's "Great economic potential" And resources like minerals and oil.
The conference which reports say is sequel to a larger gathering for US-Africa relations has been trailed with controversy and hailed by the maga group.
