Bold, juicy, and full of that classic tawa sizzle — this Spicy Beef Boti recipe brings the perfect balance of heat, zest, and aroma. Cooked to perfection and finished with fresh herbs, green chilies, and a splash of lemon juice, it's a dish that speaks for itself.

Ingredients :

-Beef Boti 500 grams
-Adrak , leshun chopped 1 tbsp ( Ginger , garlic )
-Namak 1/2 tsp ( Salt ) or as per taste
-Dahia Crushed 1 tsp ( Coriander Seeds )
-Haldi Powder 1/2 tsp ( Turmeric powder )
-Pani 2 glass ( Water )
-Cooking Oil 1/4 cup
-Chaat Masala 1 tsp
-Zeera Powder 1/2 tsp ( Roasted Cumin Powder )
-Lal Mirch Powder 1 tsp ( red Chili Powder ) Or as per taste
-Red Food Color 1/2 ( OPTIONAL )
-Lemon juice 1/2 tbsp
-Hari mirch 2 -3 ( Green Chilies )
-Hara dhania ( Fresh Coriander )

Direction For Cooking :

-Take a Presser Cooker add boneless beef boti , ginger , garlic chopped , crushed coriander seeds , salt , turmeric powder and water mix it well cover and cook for 5 -7 mins now medium flame .
-Take a frying pan transfer this mixture into pan cook until all water dries then add cooking oil and cook for 2 -3 mins on medium flame .
-Add chaat masala , red chili powder , cumin powder , red food color mix it well and cook for 2 -3 mins on low flame .
-Add lemon juice , chopped green chilies , chopped fresh coriander mix it well and cook for a min.
-Serve with Daal Chawal , naan or paratha and enjoy with your family and friends.
