Police identify gunman in Manhattan skyscraper shooting

Police have identified a gunman who opened fire on Monday (July 28) inside a Midtown Manhattan skyscraper as a 27-year old named Shane Tamura. New York Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch said the man resided in Las Vegas and had driven cross-country to New York in recent days.
