So first he makes it seem like all of the stories about what they did to black men were misconstrued, but then it's clear for years they harmed and even killed them with NO empathy or remorse at all and it's clear he was against that, so I didn't get that part. They treated them like fucking lab rats. I highly doubt it was about the different symptoms at this point and do we even know if the symptoms were different?

I still have to find out what REALLY causes syphilis, not the fake reason they give all of us. That may be why the symptoms are different.
