Learn to brew a Pseudo Vienna Lager! Attempting a speedrun attempt from Grain to Glass in the shortest time possible. Watch me speedrun homebrewing a Vienna Lager style in the fastest time I can manage, and see how it ends up tasting at the end! Learn about the Beer Style as well as the History of the Vienna Lager and how it came to be. Goes over Grain to Glass brewing of a Vienna Lager using Kveik Yeast at room temperature under pressure in a Brewzilla 35L. Also hits on fermenting under pressure and room temperature of this Vienna Lager style and how this affects the final product!

This was really good fun to do as a speedrun attempt and try my hand at the fastest brew. Really pleased with the result and I invite others to try to do beat his score for a laugh! Obviously this isn't intended to be the perfect example of homebrewing but a fun attempt at an interesting style, with a twist!

Recipe for 23L (5 Gallons) - 30 Minute Boil ~ 6.3% ABV:
3.8kg Vienna Malt (68.5%)
900g Pilsner Malt (16.2%)
700g Munich Malt (12.6%)
150g Melanoidin (2.7%)

65g Perle @ 30
Teaspoon of Yeast Nutrient @ 15
50g Tettnang @ 10
Half a Protafloc @ 5

Lutra Kveik

Mash @ 67C (149F) for 30 minutes
Boil for 30 minutes.

Ferment @ 35C
