Trevor Holsworth | EP 218 | Water is dry even if it's wet
Mr. Holsworth will appear on the People’s Parliament next month to go over the Judges Act. Tomorrow, we will go over his court case in detail, and how he witnessed the deficiencies and illicit intentions of Canada's judiciary, first hand.
Here, Mr. Holsworth and I will go over his case, which we will simplify for the average person with the example of water being wet.
The judiciary has been potentially dismissing legitimate complaints since at least 2002, in writing confirmed since 2007 they have had a policy which directly contradicts the Canadian Charter of Rights compromising the fair trial of thousands and thousands of Canadians. The situation is of particular relevance to family law but has deep implications in other proceedings. The situation has been created and developed over years with the executive stacking the court with lawyers and judges that are more aligned with protecting the government than the citizen. Justice is inverted. This is where we are now. All evidence of internal misconduct is removed, dismissed, ignored etc leaving the citizen completely exposed to all misconduct by all authority. Dictatorship confirmed. Water is dry even if it is wet.
