n today's episode, we make Taco Meat.

4lb ground beef
salt
40 shakes Dark chili powder
20 shakes whole thyme leaves
26 shakes Tajin
35 cranks black pepper grinder
40 shakes cumin
46 shakes granulated garlic
30 shakes granulated onion
30 shakes oregano
10 shakes ground chipotle pepper
10 fresh basil leaves
1 diced red bell pepper
1 diced green bell pepper
1 diced onion
2 diced Anaheim peppers
half a bottle of red wine. Zinfandel, tempranillo or cabernet sauvignon

Combine ingredients in a saucepan and put on medium heat until the wine is boiling. Then turn down to low heat for 1 hour. Break up the meat with a spoon and mix about every 20 minutes.

After one hour of simmering, bring the temperature back up to medium and allow the steam to escape by placing the lid partially on the pan. Cook until most of the water has evaporated and the meat has thickened.
