Slow $5 Thyssenkrupp Modded Otis Hydraulic Elevator - Cumberland Mall (Atlanta, GA)

This looks like your typical "Junk-Neric" mod, but TK did this one. This was supposedly an Otis, featuring a weird scenic cab and is painfully slow. It had a PTL mod before getting modded again by TK.
