I'm the bodybuilding vegan and I'm showing you how to make high protein apple pie cream of rice that's everything nice. We're taking regular white rice, blending it up to make our own cream of rice, then adding plant-based protein powder, almond butter, sugar-free apple pie filling and some cinnamon. This recipe is cheaper than store-bought cream of rice, digests better, and tastes incredible. Perfect for meal prep or when you're out of the expensive stuff and need those gains!
