Week 12 Mini Cut: Staying the Course - New iPhone - Eating out??? Getting Lean!!!

Another weekly check-in coming at you bodybuilding vegan style. We're down from 255 to 239 pounds on this cut journey and I'm feeling leaner each week despite some water retention. Doing 35 minutes of cardio five times a week on my home treadmill while following strict macros - 350 protein, 390 carbs, 75 fat on training days. Only ate off plan once in two weeks at a vegan food festival in Orlando. My coach has me on a solid protocol and I'm hoping we can start bulking for the holidays soon because these poverty macro days are killing me!
