President Trump testifies that Hamas suddenly hardened its positions in the negotiations and refused to release the captives:

When a certain number of captives are held by Hamas, it is no longer possible to make a deal with them.... because once they release them... they (Hamas) feel it will be the end of them...

Hamas spoke routinely and suddenly hardened their positions and they are not interested in releasing the captives.

Israel will have to make a decision... I know what I would do but it is not appropriate for me to say...
