X user Jesse Lynn (@jesseRoss597206) quite angrily (and understandibly so) posted this short clip that clearly displays the unnatural weather warfare in the upper atmosphere over the U.S.A. that clearly indicates that HAARP was NEVER closed down. HAARP is obviously not only still in operation, but from my research, there are now NINE facilities across earth that are used to manipulate weather, earthquakes, and volcanoes anywhere they wish to do so on earth.
