Making a Traditional Bruschetta

This is a recipe from our friends in the northern region of Italy. The recipe that we always used in America was just dicing up Roma tomatoes and adding garlic, basil, oil, vinegar and salt pepper and marinating it. This is way better and since we started making it this way all other Bruschetta just doesn’t compare. Give this a try and we hope you enjoy as much as we do.
