Streaming PC - Rack Case + 10GB Networking

It's time to migrate my Streaming PC into a server rack case in an attempt to achieve better airflow. I also want to upgrade my networking with a 10GB SFP+ network card via an NVMe to PCIe adapter, will it work? If it does, I'll have more bandwidth available between the Gaming PC and Streaming PC.
