Synchronization is a sophisticated and highly visible timed maneuver that places a gangstalker in the immediate vicinity of a targeted individual at the exact same place and the exact same time. This maneuver is the cause of person-to-person collisions, vehicle-to-person collisions, and vehicle-to-vehicle collisions between targeted persons and their gangstalkers.
