This video discusses the current (3rd) Central Bank of America, discusses the valuation of the US Dollar, & the unconstitutionality of said Central Bank.
The US Central Bank is called the Federal Reserve (Banking) System. It was founded by US Congress via the Federal Reserve Act of 1913. The charter of the Second Central Bank of the United States of America expired in 1836. President Jackson killed that bank. From 1836 to 1913 the US had no central bank & the value of the specie-backed US Dollar increased 18%.

From the late 1800s to 1913, the US Populist protested & exercised their unalienable Natural Right to Petition our government for redress of their grievances. Those grievances based on the act that the "Banking Trust" was generating huge profits to itself by manipulating the value of the US Dollar & the US Economy. The Populists demanded the Banks be reigned in & better regulated. In 1907, frontmen for the Rothschilds machinated a financial crisis. This crisis was used as a pretext to bring back the US Central Bank. The Democrats promised the Populists that if they voted for their candidates & gave them a majority, they would pass legislation to redress their grievances. The Populists kept their end of the deal, & voted Democrat.

The Democrats betrayed the Populists by secretly letting the very Banking Trusts the Populists grievances were about, draft the legislation that was legislation that would become the Federal Reserve Act of 1913, on Jekyll Island. This Legislation instead reduced regulation of the biggest banks, & would eventually lead to the US Dollar No longer being backed by specie (Gold, Silver, etc) & the implimentation a system of 'Debt-Based Fiat Money'.

The value of the US Dollar, with a central bank, declined 95+% from 1913 to 2013. That lost value went to the 'Banking Trusts', their owners, and their friends. Much of these huge unearned profits are used to bribe Congress to all the current Central Bank to continue to operate, and finances advancement of the rich, old, white Progressive Globalist Patriarch Elite seditious & treasonous Insurgency. The end goal being a New World Government under One World Government.
