Five years of virtual, I finally met Michele in-person!

Michele was actually looking for a fitness class and/or a balance class for her mother five years ago when she stumbled across Balance Unviersity. She thought she'd give it a try to encourage and motivate her mom to do it as well, but Michele was hooked after the first class. At the FGCU Academy, I offer a hybrid class to participants. They can come in person or they can join the class from home via ZOOM. Michele has always been consistent and for the last five years, has taken class through ZOOM. I had a lecture close to where she lives and she decided to come so that we could finally meet in-person!
