Tip: Keep your knees out, chest up, go below parallel

2. Romanian Deadlifts (RDL) with Dumbbells or Barbell 🏋️‍♂️

Target: Hamstrings, Glutes

Why: Builds posterior chain and glute-ham tie-in

Tip: Hinge at the hips, don't round your back

3. Leg Press Machine 🦵

Target: Quads & Glutes

Why: Add volume without stressing the spine

Tip: Keep feet shoulder-width, don’t lock out knees
