Where does these INTELLIGENCE come from ? ／ この ” 知能 ” は何処から来てるのか？

Since A.I. is connected to internet, I can't help but think that A.I.'s are designed to learn from web, ie from the very beginning A.I.'s were designed to utilize the informations on web without asking the permission to use.
A.I. がネットにつながっている事から、A.I. はネット上の情報から ”学ぶ” 、つまり、それらの情報を、許可なく自由に利用する様に最初からデザインされていると思わずにはおれない。
