What To Do With an Overly Aggressive Officer | Exploring the Guild Dynamic of my Second Account

I don't make much content about my second account anymore. It was started just to be able to look at early stage events and such and provide insight to new players.

Ironically, even though I don't really care about that account, I have been the leader of the guild for some time now.

I like the guild to be an easy going, laid back place. Since it's my second account, I'm not interested in anything hardcore to really bog me down -- that's what the main account is for!

Anyhow, anytime I see a stronger player in that guild (because on average it's just a starter guild), I immediately promote them to officer.

Well, there was this one player who recently joined who was WAY OP compared to us. However, since the promotion, this person has sort of been a menace, and I don't like it!

Originally I was going to ask for advice from you all on how to handle this person, but I ended up figuring it out, so this is just a "story time" type video now.
