The video is from a 1991 Senate inquiry into print media that delved into the tax affairs of Kerry Packer's media company known as Australian Consolidated Press.

"I am not evading tax in any way shape or form", said Kerry as he famously bristled at the questioning.
(it is impossible to avoid paying Taxes and impossible to avoid paying even more tax on top of the already in place taxes that have yet another tax on top of that known as GST) (are you paying attention yet?)

"Now, of course, I am minimising my tax... "And if anybody in this country doesn't minimise their tax, they want they their head read, "Because, as a government, I can tell you, you're not spending it that well that we should be donating extra"

(Emphasis on the word 'donating' should be interpreted as 'volunteering') as ATO is a foreign registered and administered corporate entity whose majority shareholder is none other than BlackRock.inc; Unless You have a two part authored contract with ATO explicitly stating that you will volunteer to pay a percentage of your sweat equity to 'IT', then You are under no Lawful obligation to give any information or your sweat equity to 'IT'

After a prolonged legal fight with AusGovCo and the ATO, Kerry Packer won all of the court battles with the tax office in 1998 to cut his three-year income tax bill from $40 million to zero.

Did you pay attention my fellow Aussies? Kerry Packer proved he owed ATO not a single dollar... How? It all comes down to contractual obligations! Kerry went on to spend (a great deal of) his money on donating defibrillators to every single ambulance in 'Health NSW's' fleet instead, which at the time, did not have a single ambulance fitted with a defibrillator device... where'd all the tax revenues go?
