Just wow, the worst thing about this game is the underlying gameplay is there, it could have been a great entry in the series. But the writing takes SO much out of the enjoyment that it isn't even funny, like they were afraid to make criminals actually ACT LIKE CRIMINALS! Just... this game if anything is unintentionally hilarious for how utterly abysmal the writing is, and hopefully my breakdown is of some use
