It has been a while since I posted, I have been locked out of my X account for a long time. In the Matrix fandom back story, The Merovingian knew Neo would not get killed but he set up a group of people to take the blame for the destruction of the construct. He did not want anyone to know he took responsibility for it and wants it to look like some others. He just wanted Neo not around the people to influence them when it all happens. Of course the Merovingian thinks it will work out but not for anyone in the know in the Matrix... On a side note, he has many thinking they will be taking Neo's purpose. Check out a music video called Gabriela by Katseye, not the performance video, the music video... Interesting, wasn't that also ina Bond video I posted (if you looked at it)...
