VR to FortuneCookie45LC: 10mm Range ammo with Berry's 180 grain bullet

Not long ago our friend FortuneCookie45LC did a video for his Patreon channel featuring the Berry's plated 180 grain TC bullet for 10mm. He wasn't particularly satisfied with the velocity of the round so I decided to see what would happen if I used similar components, etc. We are close!
